Customer Satisfaction Award Winner

The Academy is proud to announce that it has been awarded the distinguished “MENAA Customer Delight Award,” jointly presented by the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW, Switzerland) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM, United Kingdom).

The award was granted following a rigorous evaluation by an independent jury composed of Dr. D. Seelhofer (ZHAW, Switzerland) and Prof. J. Sherren (York University, Canada / ILM, UK), along with a panel of respected CEOs. Both jury members personally signed the official certificate issued to our institution.

The certificate clearly states:
"is recognized by the Jury for Exceptional Customer Service and Significant Achievement of Customer Satisfaction and Delight."

This recognition reflects the Academy’s strong commitment to excellence, student-centered service, and continuous quality improvement—further affirming our place among leading institutions in the region.
