Scholarship Conditions and Revocation Policy

1. Nature of the Scholarship
Scholarships awarded by the Institution are financial awards of merit or support granted at the sole discretion of the Institution. Scholarships are not classified as discounts, promotions, or entitlements; they are conditional benefits granted under specific terms and may be withdrawn under defined circumstances.

2. Conditions for Maintaining a Scholarship
To retain the scholarship throughout the duration of their enrollment, the student must:

• Maintain good academic standing, achieving the minimum grade point average (GPA) or academic performance required by the Institution;

• Comply fully with all institutional regulations, including but not limited to academic policies, code of conduct, attendance requirements, and ethical standards;

• Demonstrate respectful and professional behavior towards faculty members, administrative staff, fellow students, and external stakeholders;

• Avoid any form of misconduct, including academic dishonesty, fraud, harassment, disruptive behavior, damage to institutional property, or any action that could negatively affect the reputation or operation of the Institution.

 

3. Revocation of Scholarships
The Institution reserves the unconditional right to revoke, suspend, or terminate any scholarship at any time if the student:

• Fails to meet the academic requirements;

• Violates any part of the Institution’s code of conduct or internal policies;

• Engages in any behavior deemed inappropriate, unethical, harmful to others, or damaging to the Institution’s reputation or operational interests.

The Institution’s determination regarding scholarship revocation shall be final and binding. Students will be notified in writing of the revocation decision, with reasons provided.

 

4. Financial Liability Upon Revocation
Upon revocation of the scholarship, the student shall immediately become liable for the full tuition fees applicable to the program, retroactively covering any period during which the scholarship was applied.
The student agrees to settle all outstanding amounts within the timeframe specified by the Institution. Failure to pay may result in:

• Suspension of academic privileges,

• Withholding of transcripts, certificates, or diplomas,

• Legal collection procedures as necessary.

 

5. Waiver of Claims
By accepting a scholarship, the student acknowledges and agrees that scholarships are conditional, non-permanent awards. The student waives any claim, grievance, or entitlement to maintain a scholarship once grounds for revocation have been established according to this policy.

 

6. Appeals
Students may submit a written appeal against the scholarship revocation within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of notification. Appeals must be based on clear evidence or mitigating circumstances and will be reviewed by a Scholarship Appeals Committee, whose decision shall be final.
